Requirements: (Unjailbroken Devices)
_PC
_iFunbox or iExplorer
How? (Unjailbroken Devices)
1, Download file.
2, Open iFunbox or iExplorer
3, Click Applications, GTA:SA, Documents.
4, Drag the downloaded file (GTASAsf1.b) into the "Documents
Folder".
5, If it asks you for overwriting, click OK.

Requirements: (Jailbroken Devices)
_A device
_A file manager app (iFile)
_Downloads HD (You can get that from the App Store.)
How? (Jailbroken Devices)
1. Dowload the file using Downloads HD
2. Click the "Files Tab"
3. Open iFile
4. Click Applications, Find Downloads HD
5. Click "Documents". And find the folder you just downloaded,
go into the folder and find  "GTASAsf1.b".
6. Copy the file. Then click the applications tab once again.
7. Find GTA: SA, Documents. Lastly, Paste the file there. If it
asks you for overwriting, do so.
